Your Mission
- The site security manager reports to the country security manager.
- Assist the Security Management in managing the development and implementation of SE policies mainly the security policies, directives, standards, and procedures, and to ensure ongoing enhancements of the security in Schneider Electric Egypt.
- Leading and managing the security team, including hiring, training, day to day operation, performance management, static security and mobile security. in multiple sites
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of security requirements into business processes and projects.
- Conducting regular security assessments, audits and inspections to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

- Identify and assess the security threats ,risks, and apply risk reduction measures, and associated emergency plans and procedures associate with SE Facilities and GSC country wide.
- Develop and implement security upgrade programme at SEE locations.
- Prepare, review and share reports on incidents,breaches, and violations, conduct the investigations related to ethics and compliance cases, uploading data in the incidents registery system (Resolover) .
Liaison with key stakeholders.
- Contractor management and performance monitoring of third party security providers.
- Organize meetings with other managers to determine and execute operational needs.
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, military forces, corporate security networks to enhance security measures and respond to incidents.
Crisis Management and BCP
- Support the provision of emergency management, crisis management and business continuity including country evacuation plan.
Travel security
- Maintain oversight of all business travellers in-country, to include travel vaildation and active monitoring of employees travelling in high risk travel destinations.
Delegation
- Cover the absence of the Head of Security or other Site Security Manager
Qualifications
About You
Education: Bachelor's degree
Language requirements:
- Fluent in English & Arabic
Experience:
- Previous military or police service of at least 10 years.
- Previous experience of managing private security in Egypt including the running of a guard force.
- High-level security planning and management experience working at the tactical and operational levels, preferably gained in the police or the armed forces.
- Considerable experience in the the development of emergency response, and business continuity plans.

- An understanding of budget management and finance related issues.Project development, management and implementation experience
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies, incident management software and other
security-related equipment, such as access control systems and CCTV surveillance.
