They specialize in high-quality, cost-competitive supply and maintenance services for the oil and gas industry, petroleum refining, chemical and petrochemical plants, power and energy plants, environmental services, and a range of industrial facilities. Job Responsibilities:

  • Directing finance, accounting, and transactional activities for the accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, payroll, and Treasury while ensuring effectiveness for short and long term undertakings.
  • Establishing effective accounting policies that adhere to corporate policies, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and statutory compliance requirements, and implementing financial controls and systems to guarantee effective financial management.
  • Preparing budgets, financial forecasts, cash flows, and achieving objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Preparing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, retained earnings statement) under IFRS.
  • Managing daily cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to allow the company to operate effectively at all times
  • Update Monthly Closing Entries ( Fixed Assets, ROU, Provisions, Accruals, and Prepaid)
  • Reviewing VAT and Corporate Tax returns, and ensuring their regulatory compliance with Federal Tax Authority
  • Monthly Bank Reconcliation
  • Update Provisions Reports ( Leave, Travel, and End of Service) to align with the ledger entries
  • Reviewing and approving Payroll, Leave, and End of Service Requests
  • Reviewing and approving Payments
  • Reviewing Purchase Orders
  • Following up on bank transactions and accounts management; Bank reconciliation, investment, shares, LCs, and bank deposits.
  • Reviewing Salary Certificates
