As an Architectural Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing building maintenance activities, participating in the planning and execution of renovation projects, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Your expertise in architectural design software and project management will be essential in creating detailed plans and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

1. Building Maintenance: Supervise and execute maintenance activities to ensure buildings are in optimal condition and comply with safety regulations.
2. Building Renovation: Participate in the planning and execution of Building Renovation, ensuring adherence to design specifications and budgets.
3. Architectural Design: Review and coordinate architectural design and ensuring they meet with user requirements and educational building standards.
4. Construction Management: Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

Qualifications

1. Educational Qualifications: BSc degree in Architectural Engineering.
2. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in architectural engineering, with a focus on building maintenance, development projects, preparing tender documents and construction work.
3. Building Maintenance Experience: Hands-on experience in overseeing building maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
4. Development Project Experience: Proven track record in participating in the planning and execution of building renovation, ensuring adherence to design specifications and budgets.
5. Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes and the ability to manage construction projects effectively.
6. Proficiency: Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for creating detailed plans and blueprints.
7. Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
9. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
