Sales:-

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential customers, effectively promoting our coaching programs.
  • Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers through active listening and effective communication.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

Social Media:

  • Manage and moderate the company's social media accounts (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to ensure a positive and engaging online presence.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, providing timely and professional support.
  • Engage with our online community, keeping them informed and engaged.

Events:

  • Represent the company at industry-related events and conferences.
  • Engage with event attendees, promote our coaching programs, and generate leads.
  • Gather and review feedback from clients regarding our coaching programs, services, and customer experience.
