Position -
- Key Account Manager
- Team Leader
- Key Account Manager - 5000 AED+ Other Benefits.
- Team Leader - 8000 - 9000 AED + Other Benefits.
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients to accomplish organic growth.
- Understand client needs and develop plans to address them.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Seek out opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics.
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant role in the telecom industry.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages would be a plus.
- Good Communication and Clarity of Speech. Pronunciation
- Relevant Industry Experience (Telecom Only) Min 2 years Recent (B2B)
- Qualification MBA or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Well Presentable Personality
