JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Increase revenue and market share of company products - E-Z-GO, Cushman, Jacobsen, Husqvarna, Solis, MultiOne and other products.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop business in the golf, landscaping, hospitality and industrial sectors.
  • Establish successful business relationship with golf clubs, landscape contractors, hotels, sports clubs, retail partners and other clients in the territory.
  • Work with General Manager to create and implement strategies to increase revenue, target new clients, grow market share and implement long term business objectives.
  • To present business reports to GM, updating new opportunities and identifying key decision makers.
  • Prepare and monitor sales forecast monthly, quarterly & annually; prepare stock order plan as and when required.
  • Working in tandem with the service and sales team.
  • Other job duties as defined by General Manager/management.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with sales / business development of golf carts/ utility vehicle, turf machinery, golf irrigation or other allied products.
  • Previous work experience with brands like E-Z-GO/Jacobsen/Club Car/Toro/Rain Bird/John Deere /Yamaha and similar brands would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of P&L analysis, competitor analysis, business reports and new business development skills would be added advantage for this position.
  • Team player with loyalty and integrity as core values.
  • Western /South African candidates would be preferred for this role.


QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferably, the candidate should be educated to degree level or equivalent in the Golf /Turf /Landscaping /Agricultural or similar discipline.
  • Years of Experience: minimum 3-5 years of work experience in sales or business development role, preferably in the golf/landscaping/turf industry.
  • Work experience in any GCC country would be preferred.
  • Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications, Excel, Microsoft/SAP CRM knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills.
