AdMazad quantifies a so far unquantifiable advertising channel via its algorithm, analyzing real-life data and outdoor media consumption to help advertisers make better decisions on OOH ad placements. Pioneering as a changer in the industry, AdMazad’s hassle-free and transparent process allows advertisers to smoothly plan, book, audit, monitor and evaluate their OOH billboard activities, ensuring highest value and impact for money. To date, AdMazad has curated more than 3000 outdoor-advertising spaces, all made available on its AdSpace search engine and interactive map.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge.
  • Partnering with the sales team to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully.
  • Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer renewals.
  • Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.
  • Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
  • Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.
  • Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Customer Success or Partnerships & Alliances role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
  • You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.
  • Experience within Community Management and Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.
  • Experience covering Professional Services and Real Estate is strong plus.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.

  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
