Marketing Operations Coordinator - 6 Month Contract

As a Marketing Operations Co-Ordinator you will play a pivitol part in support the JLC Marketing team on all admin tasks.

  • Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Support manager in sourcing and following up with the external vendors proposed by the manager, venues, and suppliers, finalizing contracts, agreements and payment processes on time with supplier and Richemont finance.
  • Support manager in coordination with operations and logistics departments for the event implementation and ensure good quality of production materials.
  • Budget: make sure we follow the target budget, quotations, invoices and processes with a post budget assessment after each event and activity
  • Visual Merchandising:

Sap

  • Boutiques Regular Orders: Place orders on time to meet the boutique requirements (For Internal, external boutiques and wholesales) in line with the stock availability and budget.
  • HQ global orders: and shipment: POSM materials, holidays, Ramadan etc..
  • Prepare all the invoices and recharge to the partners for all the POSM and VM materials

Support The Implementation And Occasionally Production

  • For standard and hallmark animations: coordination with the suppliers for production, on site implementation, quotations, invoicing.
  • New PLV: make sure the new PLV is rolled out in the network and report the implementation to HQ on the system
  • Support the execution of Visual Displays: implement visually compelling displays for retail stores, events, and exhibitions
  • Inventory Management: coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage inventory levels of visual merchandising materials, ensuring timely replenishment and availability and destruction of materials from the warehouses (airlink/bollore/HQ/Local logistics team etc..)
  • SAP orders for any VM materials
  • IWD: report for HQ pictures for all the implementations, refresh old images for the boutiques.
  • Store Design Planning
  • Support manager in opening of new boutiques: budgets tracking and expenses with suppliers, invoicing, agreements PO’s and payments.
  • Support manager in coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers + with the internal operations team and all parties for execution (security, IT etc..)
  • Support Manager in direct purchasing items and stock management with the warehouses.
