Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our team of Sales Agents. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your team, ensuring that sales targets are met, and that high standards of professionalism and client service are maintained. You will also play a critical role in operational aspects, maintain deals with our business partners, and contributing to the company’s branding and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Supervise and coach Sales Agents to ensure they meet their sales targets and adhere to company policies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor the completion rate of necessary documents and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate and manage the rotational schedules and locations of Sales Agents.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the daily operations and activities of the sales team.
- Ensure smooth management of operations with business partners.
- Develop strategies to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle any operational issues and provide effective solutions.
Sales Promotion and Target Achievement:
- Assist Sales Agents in promoting products and services to potential and existing clients.
- Set and monitor sales targets, providing support and guidance to ensure targets are met.
- Recognize over-achievements within the team.
- Analyze sales data and market trends.
Professional Conduct:
- Ensure all team members maintain a professional attitude and behavior when interacting with clients.
- Uphold the company’s values and standards in all dealings.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Oversee the reporting processes and ensure all Sales Agents submit accurate and timely reports.
- Maintain detailed records of team activities, client interactions, and sales.
- Provide regular updates and reports to Cards Activation Manger on agents performance and sales activities.
Marketing and Branding:
- Participate in marketing aspects related to company branding and represent the company at marketing events and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent and positive brand representation in all interactions.
Client and Business Partner Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues and resolve them effectively.
What will make you successful:
- Proven experience in sales supervision or a similar role, with a strong track record of managing and leading sales teams.
- Demonstrated experience in operational aspects of managing sales agents and areas.
- Marketing background with experience in branding and participating in marketing events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner in English and Arabic (both oral and written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational issues effectively.
