We are currently seeking a Crisis Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
The Crisis Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive crisis management strategies, plans, and protocols to ensure the effective response and management of crises that may impact the organization. This includes coordinating emergency response activities, conducting risk assessments, developing communication plans, and leading crisis management exercises and training.
Responsibilities
- Working within the Resilience team and with senior stakeholders, modify the existing CM strategy to align with the company's fast pace of change, current trajectory, and vision, positioning the program to be best in class globally.
- Lead all crisis management planning and response activities across the firm. This includes developing the crisis preparedness documentation and supporting processes to ensure the company is well-prepared to respond to crisis events.
- Execute and push the boundaries on all crisis management exercises, broadening the focus from Public Safety to encompass all of the company's sectors, regions, and other GRC risk domains.
- Collaborate with external subject matter experts to leverage international cross-sector expertise, enhancing the firm's program plan.
- Create and maintain crisis response plans and playbooks for severe but plausible scenarios.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company to ensure a unified approach to crisis management planning and response.
- Maintain relevant procedures, plans, and playbooks to ensure crisis management preparedness at all times.
- Lead crisis management response activities, including escalating and communicating critical incidents to the Incident Management Team and Executive Management Team.
- Plan and execute crisis management exercises, including designing the exercises, facilitating sessions/workshops, and producing exercise reports.
- Support the enhancement of various documents, including frameworks and training decks.
