Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the travel agency, including managing staff and resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
  • Optimize operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value and minimize costs.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Improve Operational Efficiency & Team productivity (e.g., number of transactions processed per team member)
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 7-9 years in operational management, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using travel booking systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
