About The Role
Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a knack for managing vehicle fleets? We are looking for a Local Fleet Administrator to efficiently handle the daily administration of our company’s fleet across specific locations. In this vital role, you will oversee a range of responsibilities including accident management, contract management, cost control, and database maintenance.
Your expertise will extend to managing fines, fuel cards, and procurement processes such as Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO). You'll also handle car list management, vehicle reallocation, and short-term fleet management. Reporting, supplier management, and overall fleet coordination will be key aspects of your role, ensuring smooth and effective fleet operations.

What You Will Bring
- A relevant qualification in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet administration or management.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and database systems.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with leasing companies, drivers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and ensure cost control.
- Experience with fuel card management, Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and supplier management.
- Understanding of fleet-related processes such as car list management, car reallocation, tires, toll management, and fuel card administration.
- Familiarity with end-of-contract/end-of-life vehicle processes and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement improvements in fleet management processes.
- Strong analytical skills to support cost control and efficiency improvements.
- Experience in maintaining accurate records and managing fleet-related activities.
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports related to fleet operations.
- Native or mother tongue proficiency in Arabic is essential for effective communication with local staff, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Fair command of English.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for the following:
- Work closely with leasing companies, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of the vehicle fleet at designated locations.
- Oversee all aspects of fleet management including accident and contract management, cost control, and database maintenance.
- Manage end-of-contract and end-of-life processes, fines, fuel cards, car lists, and vehicle reallocations.
- Handle short-term fleet requirements and maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities.
- Collaborate with the Regional Fleet Manager to manage the fleet budget for your location, ensuring all expenses are within budgetary limits.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of fleet management processes.
- Prepare and analyze reports on fleet operations, including utilization rates, toll management, and tyre maintenance.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure high-quality support and compliance with service agreements.
- Handle procurement processes such as Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), and support the registration and management of fleet assets.
