• Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries.
• Preparing presentation material for business and clients to researching on their needs.
• Collaborate with digital product marketing team across digital solutions to find opportunities for and showcase ideas in the Innovation and emerging business pipeline.
• Coordinates closely with technical teams in all aspects of capture and proposal processes
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues.
• Manages a database of partners, setting up meetings and facilitating relationships with existing customers and new ones.
• Develop and acquire new business to achieve the company's objectives.
• Negotiate, manage, and review ongoing contracts with clients
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in Account management, Sales or similar roles.
• Experience in Fintech Sales in the FMCG Industry is a must.
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skill.
• Fluency in English is a must.
