Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
About Plantiro: Plantiro is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our Human Resources department. We are a dynamic company focused on fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the professional growth of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage administrative tasks related to HR, such as maintaining employee records, drafting and managing employee contracts, and handling registrations with labor offices.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Plan and coordinate office events and employee engagement activities.
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
