Fika Consultancy is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to manage our front-of-house reception area in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, handling communications, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Reception and Communication:
- Manage the front-of-house reception area, meeting and greeting clients in a courteous and welcoming manner.
- Answer all incoming and outgoing calls, re-routing them to the relevant departments.
- Document Management:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing documents and electronic mails, maintaining proper records.
- Manage and update office systems and files.
- Responsible for handling confidential documents.
- Operational Support:
- Handle day-to-day operations.
- Communicate with suppliers and other external parties to assist the operations team.
- Manage company software and operating systems.
- Manage cheques and petty cash.
- Raise and track purchase orders.
- Assist with invoicing and cost comparison for corporate events and requirements.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of receptionist experience in the UAE.
- Experience in handling confidential documents.
- Proficiency with computers, operating systems, and scheduling calendar events.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
