Fika Consultancy is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to manage our front-of-house reception area in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, handling communications, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Reception and Communication:
  • Manage the front-of-house reception area, meeting and greeting clients in a courteous and welcoming manner.
  • Answer all incoming and outgoing calls, re-routing them to the relevant departments.
  • Document Management:
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing documents and electronic mails, maintaining proper records.
  • Manage and update office systems and files.
  • Responsible for handling confidential documents.
  • Operational Support:
  • Handle day-to-day operations.
  • Communicate with suppliers and other external parties to assist the operations team.
  • Manage company software and operating systems.
  • Manage cheques and petty cash.
  • Raise and track purchase orders.
  • Assist with invoicing and cost comparison for corporate events and requirements.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of receptionist experience in the UAE.
  • Experience in handling confidential documents.
  • Proficiency with computers, operating systems, and scheduling calendar events.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
