General Purpose

  • RTM determines best distribution channels to use to deliver products according to customers type reviewing the performance of current assets vs targeted ROI/KPIS. And ensure continuous enhancement to reach maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Conduct DCs optimization meetings and follow up on the DCs performance vs agreed action plan.
  • Carry out time in motion studies and recommend ways to improve time in trade.
  • Ensure handling all the obstacles that come up during the implementation of RTM projects to ensure smooth operation.
  • Assessment with the sales team for the distributors and kasseb performance in their region.
  • Review and optimize RTM model to ensure financial and operational efficiency.
  • Recommend coverage growth plans and ways to improve it.
  • Review the performance of RTM (route-to-market) plans that will step up our sales efficiency and effectiveness, improve sales route planning according to customer strategy and ensure continuous enhancement to reach maximum efficiency.
  • Work closely with logistic team to enhance our RTM model.
  • Track the channel and route profitability and recommend ways for moving forward.
  • Work closely with the sales team on rerouting the rerouting utilized trucks and set clear benchmarks and utilization targets for the new routes.

Experience

1-2 years of experience.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Reporting skills.
