Welcome to Apt Resources! We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Dairy/Cheese Machine Mechanic to join the team of one of our clients. As a Senior Dairy/Cheese Machine Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of dairy and cheese production machinery, performing maintenance, and repairing any mechanical issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on dairy and cheese production machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and provide appropriate repairs
- Repair or replace faulty components and parts
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize machine performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide training and guidance to junior mechanics as needed
إمتيازات الوظيفة
The salary is AED 4000-5000 plus free accommodation and food. All other benefits as per UAE labour laws.

- Prior experience as a mechanic, with a focus on dairy and cheese production machinery
- Extensive knowledge of dairy and cheese production processes and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field
