Dairy/Cheese Machine Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair dairy and cheese production machinery, including mixers, separators, pasteurizers, packaging machines, and other related equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure machines are properly calibrated and aligned
• Order and replace faulty parts as needed
• Adhere to safety and quality regulations and procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
