IT Technical Support

NOK Human Capital is hiring "IT Technical Support " for one of the most well-known E-commerce multinational companies.

Contract duration: 6 Months (Temp.)

Location: Flexpark logistics compound, Cairo-Suez road, SPX5, Cairo, Cairo

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Technical Support professional to join our team on a temporary, seasonal basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users

Provide guidance and training on the use of various IT systems and applications

Monitor network performance and implement preventative maintenance

Assist with the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment

Document technical processes and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent technical education

1-2 years of relevant work experience in an IT support role

Strong proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal

Network knowledge at the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) level

Experience with Active Directory administration

Basic programming skills
