  • Promote and sell Etisalat plans tailored to businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati customers.
  • Provide detailed information about plan features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, handling and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Meet quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with audit teams during Internal & external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Handling of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Contribute to internal mystery shopping initiatives to assess the quality of customer interactions.
  • Achievement of individual sales and productivity targets
  • Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of products in his department
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.



RequirementsExperience (Yrs& Field) : 3 - 5 years of experience in similar role
Educational Qualification : Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification

Below 35 years.
Immediate Joining on or before 20th September 24.
Salary - 4850/- AED(Gross + allowance) + Incentives

Skills & Abilities:
Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Teamwork, Communication. Arabic knowledge is an advantage. Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
