Execute EBC Business operation strategy with the Government, Central Bank and other regulatory Institutions.
Provide support by taking ownership for customer issues, including following up on the issue, know root cause and ensuring that the customer understands the resolution.
Partner with the internal & customer teams to resolve customer challenges and inquiries.
Act as central point of contact for customers/internal teams throughout implementation project end-to-end.
Handle multiple customer implementation projects in parallel, Execute the Onboarding plan with new members (Banks , PSPs , Bill payment aggregators , ETC. )
Weekly report for onboarding project status including Risk and mitigations.
Build solid relationships with internal cross-functional partners, ensuring that customer and market needs are properly communicated.
Monitoring the Network Performance by several analytics and statistics tools, and act accordingly with Customer and internal teams.
Strong focus on customer service and improving the acceptance experience for merchants and cardholders.
Responsible for the Change management plans / approvals / Execution with all members.

+3 years of experience in the field of Banking Business Operations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Previous experience in schemes business operations in Fintech, Payment, or Banking Indusrty.
Basic Knowledge regarding Service design, Architecture and flow.
Basic Knowledge about PMP, ITIL, Agility/Scrum Frame work
