The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and hiring top tech talent to support our company’s growth and innovation.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier tech talent.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs/manpower planning by department Candidate Management.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Market Research and Analysis.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to inform recruiting strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on tech recruitment.
- Must be a fluent English speaker.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various technical roles Skills and Competencies
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills with experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tech-specific platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Eagerness to take on responsibilities across the HR spectrum and drive initiatives that support our company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
- A well-rounded understanding of all HR fields, including but not limited to talent management, employee engagement, and legal compliance.
