🛠️ Responsibilities: Your Daily Tech Quests

• Help configure hardware or software systems and assist with deployments on-site and remotely.
• Support user training sessions for new systems or applications.
• Learn from experienced team members, ask questions, and seek mentorship.
• Assist in communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing support.
• Conduct research on relevant technologies and present findings.
• Help create and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.

🎓 Your Scroll of Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic knowledge of IT.
• Understanding of IT network structures.
• Adaptable and ready to learn new things.
• Clear and effective communicator.
• Team player who shares knowledge and works well with others.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and respectful.

• CCNA
• N+
