The Purpose of the Role

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers and utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to customers

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote sales of BMS, HVAC control, GRMS & Lighting control products across North & Franco Africa region Develop and maintain our pipeline in the region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with allocated partners, distributors, and potential customer accounts across the assigned market by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre- defined targets.
  • Maintaining electrical contractor & consultant relationships.
  • Monitor competitors’ activity and co-ordinate counter actions under the supervision of the Partner Channel leader.
  • Monitor customer / market needs and continuously compare positions of our prices, products, services and inform your supervisor for new strategies.

We Value

  • University degree in electrical / electronic engineering
  • Experience from 7 to 10 years in an Account Management and projects business.
  • Fluent in English
  • Teamworking ability
  • The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.
  • Excellent communication & PPT skills
  • Flexible and self-motivated
