We are seeking an IT Administrator with knowledge in CCNA, MCSA, and Fortinet Fortigate firewalls.
The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting Windows systems and printers, and maintaining network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and printers.
Manage and support Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
Configure and monitor FortiGate firewalls.
Maintain network infrastructure and documentation.
Setup , Manage and maintain VMware ESXi environment.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Ccna, MCSA and FortiGate knowledge is a must.
Experience with VMware ESXi.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Experience in troubleshooting Windows systems and printers.
Strong networking and Windows Server skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
CCNA
MCSA
