IT Support Engineer

Opisok Ortho Specialized Clinic is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshoot systems, and manage various IT processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide technical support for employees, addressing software and hardware issues.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Windows and MacOS systems to resolve technical problems.
• System Administration: Perform system administration tasks to maintain IT infrastructure.
• Security Monitoring: Monitor security alerts to ensure data protection and system security.
• Automation Scripts: Develop automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Onboarding and Termination: Maintain employee onboarding and termination processes, ensuring proper setup and deactivation of accounts.
• License Management: Manage software licenses to ensure compliance and proper utilization.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform maintenance on corporate equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• English Proficiency: Upper intermediate English is a must.
• Operating Systems: Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS).
• Google Cloud Ecosystem: Experience with Google cloud ecosystem, primarily G-Suite.
• Cloud Services APIs: Experience with cloud services APIs (Google, Slack, etc.) is a plus.
• Networking: Basic experience with local area and Wi-Fi networks.
• Programming Languages: Experience with programming languages (Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Customer Orientation: Be customer-oriented and cool-tempered, ready to fulfill repeating requests and resolve recurring issues.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with the ability and willingness to provide high-quality service.
