Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of managing a headcount of 50+ employees. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll management, employee relations, and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Management: Oversee all HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the department.
  • Payroll Management: Handle all aspects of payroll, including salary processing, tax deductions, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting open communication.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new hires.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance review systems, provide feedback, and support employee development programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • HR Metrics: Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Dubai/Sharjah.
  • Headcount Management: Proven ability to manage a headcount of 50+ employees.
  • Payroll Expertise: Strong experience in payroll management, including knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
