As a Waiter/Waitress at Sushi Art Restaurant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests. Your friendly and attentive approach, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of our menu will contribute to a positive and memorable visit for our customers. You will be responsible for providing efficient and personalized service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist in arranging seating for larger groups and accommodating special requests.
  • Present the menu to guests, providing detailed explanations of dishes and recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting any dietary restrictions or special requests.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to the restaurant's service standards.
  • Be attentive to guests' needs, regularly checking tables to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas throughout the service.
  • Present the check to guests and handle bill payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to guest queries regarding the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient order preparation and timely service.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of our restaurant's menu, including food and beverage offerings
  • Strive to provide efficient and timely service, ensuring that guests' orders are delivered promptly.
  • Implement the restaurant's sequence of service to ensure a smooth and consistent dining experience.
  • Proactively promote menu items, promotions, and special offerings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Upsell additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or premium beverages.
