As a Human Resources and Operations Officer at Zone Parking, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining HR databases, overseeing colleagues' records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and supporting the operational aspects of the company. Your role will include preparing various HR documents, managing employee relations, overseeing visa and health insurance processes, and ensuring accurate payroll submissions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HR databases with detailed records of colleagues' remuneration.
  • File and update colleagues' documents, including employment contracts and personal files.
  • Prepare salary certificates, warning letters, and memos.
  • Prepare reports for EOSB (End of Service Benefits) and leave balances for Finance.
  • Prepare and submit HR liquidations.
  • Oversee the processing of visas and health insurance in conjunction with the company PRO.
  • Prepare and submit DEWS (Dubai Employee Workplace Savings) monthly payments.
  • Manage employee relations, including terminations and resignations.
  • Monitor and update leave balances, absences, sick leave, and unpaid leave.
  • Approve leave applications and monitor sick leaves.
  • Assist with the induction of new colleagues.
  • Post job vacancies and screen applicants.
  • Conduct interviews and prepare offer letters.
  • Assist with visa and medical insurance applications for new hires.
  • Prepare monthly payroll sheets after cut-off and submit them to Finance for review.
  • Assist in payroll submission and prepare the Salary Authorization Form for DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre).
  • Upon submission of colleague clearance and approvals, prepare EOSB and submit to Finance for review and approval.
  • Arrange documents for visa cancellations.
  • Coordinate with Admin at DIFC and ETRE for requirements in Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations.
  • Maintain and monitor agreements/contracts with clients and DIFC Retailers.
  • Update profiles in the supplier registration portal.
  • Assist in booking couriers for invoice submissions to Abu Dhabi.
  • Scan and file payroll documents in the Finance folder.
  • Submit and upload invoices to La Mer (Oracle Portal) and Capital Health (M Portal).
  • Perform other tasks as per business needs assigned by management.
