Role Overview:

The Product Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of data center and server products, specifically focusing on brands such as Gigabyte, AIC, Tyan, and Supermicro. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product sales management within the IT industry and a deep understanding of data center technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for data center and server products.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including product selection, pricing, inventory management, and promotional activities for brands like Gigabyte, AIC, Tyan, and Supermicro.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide product training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product sales management within the IT industry, with a focus on data center and server products.
  • In-depth knowledge of Data Center / Server products.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of data center technologies and server infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
