As a Retention Specialist. you will be responsible to retaining existing clients and winning back former clients to list their properties on our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and relationship management, with a passion for the real estate industry.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement strategies to retain existing real estate agency and brokerage clients;
• Identify and engage with former clients to win back their business;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to continuously improve retention strategies;
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives aimed at client retention and re-engagement;
• Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns;
• Provide training and support to clients on how to maximize the use of our platform;
• Track and report on retention metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management;
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
