Job Description
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing customized solutions.
• Lead and motivate the sales team, offering guidance and support to achieve sales growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service for sales alignment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitiveness.
• Negotiate contracts with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms.
• Monitor and evaluate the sales team's performance, providing feedback and corrective actions.

Benefits:
Monthly Salary of 6000 AED + Incentives & Other Benefits as per Law.

Experience and Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Atleast 2 years of Sales Experience in corporate sales management / B2B HORECA market with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong team management skills, motivating and inspiring a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and negotiating with corporate clients.
• Strategic thinker with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Results-oriented, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
