We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join us. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Customer Service: Greet and seat customers, present menus, and provide detailed information on the menu.
Order Taking: Accurately take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotions to answer customer questions.
Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after customers arrive.
Payment Processing: Handle customer payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions, and provide accurate change and receipts.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management if necessary.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other restaurant staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation standards.
Other Duties: Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking supplies, and performing any other tasks as required by management.
RequirementsPrevious experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
