Duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver learning interventions to our customers to apply our engaging facilitation method.
- Ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
- Get certified and accredited on our flagship programs.
- Creativity, Change Cycle, Streamlined certified, Back of the Napkin, Talent Activator, TOPSIMBusiness Simulation, Eagles Flight, Crucial Learning modules.
- Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment in our workshops.
- Maintain a minimum score of 85% learner satisfaction, 85% Net Promoter Score and 100% in punctuality in your learning deliveries.
