As a Consultant or Specialist Urogynecologist at SearchPlus HR, you will play a critical role in providing expert care to patients with urogynecological conditions. You will diagnose and treat pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and other related conditions. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to improving the quality of life for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat urogynecological conditions, including pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse
- Perform surgical interventions, such as bladder neck suspension procedures, vaginal mesh surgeries, and sling procedures
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide counseling and education on urogynecological conditions and treatment options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of urogynecology through continuous learning and professional development

- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant or Specialist Urogynecologist
- Completion of a recognized residency program in urogynecology or obstetrics and gynecology
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating urogynecological conditions
- Expertise in performing urogynecological surgeries
- Strong knowledge of pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and effectively communicate with patients
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to healthcare
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex medical issues related to urogynecology
