Ontime Group is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Business Setup Specialist/Advisor with UAE experience to join our team. As a Business Setup Specialist/Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to clients who are looking to set up their business in the UAE. You will be responsible for assisting clients with the entire process of business setup, including company registration, licensing, and government approvals and contruction
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding the business setup process in the UAE
- Get new clients increase companies revenues
- Assist clients in identifying the most suitable business structure and licensing options
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for company registration and licensing
- Liaise with government authorities and follow up on the status of applications
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and procedures
- Keep abreast of changes in business setup regulations and procedures in the UAE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government authorities
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the business setup process
- Assist clients with various post-setup requirements, such as visa and immigration services

- Prior experience in business setup advisory or similar role in the UAE
- Thorough knowledge of UAE business setup regulations, procedures, and licensing requirements
- Strong network and connections with government authorities related to business setup
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license is mandotory
