Showforce are looking for a proactive, French Speaking Administrator to support our Operations and Account management team, working out of our Dubai office.
You will be responsible for providing data entry and administrative support for business operations in Dubai and Paris; acting as a first point of contact for recruitment and compliance for French crew; and providing essential support with project administration for projects in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Europe.
**Please note that this role will include recruitment and site visits in France, so to be considered you MUST be a National of a country that does not require a visa to enter France for Short Stays. See Below for full list of qualifying nations.

Drafting and posting crew vacancies to appropriate jobs boards and managing all applications through Applicant Tracking System
Setting up interviews with prospective candidates promptly
Handling internal records, filing company documentation, and updating company policies and ensuring legal compliances
Overseeing and management of own KPI’s reporting to account management
Attending site visits to ensure smooth running of our contracts - *Please note, this will include
Assisting in planning and organising project tasks, timelines, and resources.
Managing and organising project-related files, records, and documents.
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to the project as directed by Account Management.
Inputting and update project data into our CRM, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Share updates on project status, finances, and compliance metrics with account/ operations management as required.
Assist in the preparation of quality control documentation and audit materials.

Ensuring that clients receive optimal service at all times, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
The ability to write to and speak with clients in a professional manner with the client – site visit, client meeting to evaluate service standard and improvements as needed.

The ability to adapt quickly to changes and work effectively under pressure.
