SearchPlus HR, a leading human resources consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist/Consultant in Otolaryngology (ENT) to join our team. As an ENT Specialist/Consultant, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating disorders and conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat.
In this role, you will evaluate patients, perform diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and provide surgical interventions when necessary. Your expertise and compassionate care will help improve the quality of life for patients experiencing ENT-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' symptoms and medical history to diagnose ear, nose, and throat disorders
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations, including endoscopies and other diagnostic procedures
- Interpret test results and imaging studies
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and surgeries as needed
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families about their condition and treatment options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and research in the field of Otolaryngology
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in patient care

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as an ENT Specialist/Consultant
- Specialization or fellowship training in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating common ENT disorders and conditions
- Strong diagnostic skills, including the ability to interpret test results and imaging studies
- Proficient in a wide range of ENT procedures and surgeries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and ability to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
