Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join for Adhesive and Packaging company. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines used in our production process. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our machines.
Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications and guidelines.
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products.
- Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the quality and efficiency of output.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Document production and machine maintenance activities.

- Salary: AED 1200-1500

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
- Experience operating a variety of machines, such as CNC machines, presses, or packaging machines.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality output.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
