SearchPlus HR is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Oncologist to join our team. As a Medical Oncologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various types of cancer. Your expertise and compassionate care will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and provide ongoing care for patients. You will utilize your knowledge of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy, and other treatment modalities to deliver effective cancer treatment. Additionally, you will conduct thorough evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and monitor treatment progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and stage cancer in patients using clinical evaluations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the type and stage of cancer and the patient's overall health.
  • Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy, and other cancer treatments.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment response and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Manage and mitigate the side effects and complications associated with cancer treatments.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  • Stay current with advancements in medical oncology and contribute to research and clinical trials as appropriate.
  • Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and their families throughout the treatment process.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Requirements:

  • Medical degree and completion of residency and fellowship programs in Medical Oncology.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology.
  • Valid state medical license to practice as a Medical Oncologist.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with cancer.
  • Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of oncology principles, practices, and treatment options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
