UAE National - Client Operations Executive

As a Client Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting, enabling, and driving the sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. You will provide support through strategically implemented tools and engagement techniques to enable them to focus more on selling to drive business results. You will work closely to support the clients as a key point of contact operationally and as a key support for the relevant account manager.

In this role, you will:

Lead Management:

  • Maintain and manage sales databases by taking ownership of documentation;
  • Verify the existing pools and assign the clients to the Account Managers based on location and language preferences as per rotations;
  • Maintain, update, and edit client’s information;
  • Assist with supporting new business onboarding through account set-up & going live;
  • Provide operational support & point of contact assistance to our clients;
  • Monitor and report on credit utilisation for account managers;
  • Manage failed payments, contract activations/cancellations, client documentation.

Business Enablement:

  • Support  in onboarding and educating new and current account managers;
  • Set up methodologies and processes on an ongoing basis;
  • Share reporting on operational  performance to provide insights to streamline the processes;
  • Utilise all business tools made available to you, such as Sales CRM, Learning Management System, Product updates, etc;
  • Provide Sales/Account Managers with appropriate insight into issues and opportunities associated with their accounts;
  • Work with our sales team to improve our sales process and help us close more sales opportunities;
  • Collect and examine data by using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports;
  • Present the reports to your team and management;
  • Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams;
  • Use performance data to pinpoint gaps in knowledge or skills of the sales team.

Technical Support and Ops Support:

  • Serve as the sales team’s liaison to the Sales ops and operation teams to gather feedback and report issues;
  • Liaise with relevant teams for features and value-added services for effective execution.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Minimum of secondary education. Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales enabler position
  • Experience in e-commerce/classified space/ pricing strategy is a must
  • Account management experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
  • Current knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Background in customer service/sales
  • Experience working closely with diverse groups of people
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter and a great team player
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • High standards, highly motivated, and attention to detail are a must in order to produce quality work.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
