SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Gynecology Oncologist to join our team. As a Gynecology Oncologist, you will provide specialized and comprehensive care to patients with gynecological cancers.
In this role, you will diagnose and treat various gynecological cancers, such as ovarian, cervical, and uterine cancers. You will conduct thorough evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform surgical procedures when necessary. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals will be crucial to ensure integrated and high-quality care for patients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as imaging studies, biopsies, and blood tests
- Diagnose and stage gynecological cancers
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the stage and type of cancer
- Perform surgical procedures, including tumor resections and minimally invasive techniques
- Prescribe and administer chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and other targeted treatments
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as required
- Manage treatment-related side effects and provide supportive care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of gynecology oncology through continuous learning and professional development
