Synopsis
The Sales Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving significant organizational changes that align with strategic business goals. Sales Operations manager will be leading global sales support team to assist and support various sales functions including sales support, product operations, channel support, data analysis and other administrative tasks. This role will also be responsible for internal sales policies and ensuring internal/external communication along with system impacts analysis.
You are required to have deep understanding of aviation policies and B2B Support together with sound business judgement, problem-solving expertise, and a passion to drive organization wide impact. The role will play a key role in aligning and enabling the regional team with the global approach and goals.
Accountabilities
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales support transformation strategies that align with the company's strategic goals, driving organizational change and fostering an innovative culture.
• Sales Support: Manage global team of sales support leads /analysts and support them with solving their day t day queries and lead the overall efficiency enhancement change.
• Process Management: Collaborate with multiple sales leaders and support in designing/ refining and building sales processes and documenting any changes thereafter.
• Change management: Understand, evaluate, and develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives. Identify risks and planning mitigation plans. Supporting development of communications relevant to change initiatives.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes. Ensure that project goals and initiatives are well understood and supported across the organization.
• B2B Communications SPOC: Be a point of contact for entire sales organisation for any matters related with sales processes, B2B policies or communications.
• Work closely with internal audit team for any audit requirements related with sales. Collaborate with appropriate sales leader to resolve the observations and prepare plan of action.
• Work with Account Managers and Sales Activators to provide relevant account information to ensure timely and efficient account handling and maintenance of account data in Etihad’s CRM tool.
• Data / Reporting SPOC: Coordinate with Commercial Enablement team for sales data analytics needs and prioritization of the data projects. Supporting ad-hoc data needs of the sales teams.
