Role Summary/Overview

  • Oversee and drive the successful execution of key projects to enhance operational efficiency, vendorsatisfaction, and market expansion.
  • The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet the company's strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for planning and executing projects related to the Commercial Team.

Role Scope:

  • **Project Planning and Strategy*
  • *Define Project Scope:* Outline the specific objectives and deliverables of the project.
  • *Develop Project Plan:* Create detailed plans including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.
  • *Strategic Alignment:* Ensure the project aligns with the company’s overall strategic goals and market

demands.

  • **Stakeholder Management*
  • *Communication:* Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • *Expectations Management:* Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that their needs are met within the project constraints.
  • **Quality Assurance*
  • *Standards Compliance:* Ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and industry regulations.
  • *Performance Monitoring:* Monitor performance metrics and ensure that project outcomes meet or exceed expectations.

Skills & Qualifications needed :

  • Data oriented.
  • Good/VGood English speaking and writing.
  • +3yrs experience in sales / commercial.
