Key Accountabilities

Training and Instruction

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs on soft skills, leadership, HSE, and Technical topics.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, seminars and on-site training programs.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees and leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver effective leadership training programs with measurable outcomes.

Instructional Design

  • Develop and implement instructional design strategies to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize adult learning principles to create content that is learner-centric and outcomes-focused.
  • Design and develop curriculum, training materials, manuals, and job aids.
  • Proficiently design courses using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
  • Design templates for training materials and presentations.

eLearning Content Creation

  • Create interactive and engaging eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
  • Develop multimedia content including videos, quizzes, simulations, and interactive scenarios.
  • Implement instructional technologies and learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track training programs.
  • Continuously update and improve eLearning content based on feedback and technological advancements.
  • Shoot and create videos for training programs, including recording voice overs.

Skills And Competencies

  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with multimedia production and graphic design.
  • Ability to design and deliver leadership training programs with effectiveness measurement.
  • Strategic project management skills.
  • Ability to shoot and create training videos, including recording and editing voice overs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and template designing.
  • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard.
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
  • Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) – (Totara & SAP Success Factors)
  • Experience in training needs analysis.
  • Expertise in brochure designing, presentation designing, student handbook creation, and trainer instructional manual development.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training, instructional design, and eLearning content creation.
  • Strong background in soft skills, leadership development, HSE (NEBOSH/OSHA).
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in training, instructional design, or related areas is a plus.
