Position: Director of Sales
Location: Middle East
Overview
Join a dynamic team representing one of the world's leading luxury resorts. We are seeking a highly experienced DOS with a strong background in selling to the Middle Eastern market, focusing on high-end, luxury properties.
General Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales, revenue, and overall positioning of the luxury property.
- Represent the property at tradeshows, conferences, and events in the Middle East.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners within the Middle Eastern market.
- Plan and execute sales calls, organize events, training sessions, and webinars.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales functions in alignment with the property's values and commitments.
Skills And Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior sales position at a 5-star ultra-luxury hotel or resort. Experience in the Maldives is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
- Dynamic, positive, and energetic leadership style with excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with exceptional grooming standards.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
- Strong focus on maintaining existing business and developing new ventures.
- Extensive experience in the Middle Eastern market, with strong connections to local agents and royal families.
- Ability to work independently, taking full responsibility for the Middle Eastern market.
- Excellent teamwork skills within the Sales Team.
