Job Description:
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team. This role is critical in ensuring that HR operations are seamless, compliant, and aligned with the companys strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- HR Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, employee records management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Employee Experience and Engagement:
- Drive initiatives to improve employee experience and satisfaction, including onboarding, performance management, and employee recognition programs.
- Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and develop action plans based on results.
- Support employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Manage the HR audit process and ensure readiness for external audits.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Provide training to managers on performance management best practices.
- HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights on employee turnover, absenteeism, and other key metrics.
- Present findings to senior management and recommend actions to improve HR processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the automotive or service industry.
- Experience in managing HRIS systems and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
