Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads with the goal of setting appointments.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up on initial contacts with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments set in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed the required target.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role, preferably on a US account.
- Exceptional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects.
- Ability to work during US business hours.
- Must possess a laptop and a stable internet connection suitable for remote work.
