Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads with the goal of setting appointments.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Follow up on initial contacts with prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments set in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed the required target.


Qualifications


  • 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role, preferably on a US account.
  • Exceptional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects.
  • Ability to work during US business hours.
  • Must possess a laptop and a stable internet connection suitable for remote work.
