We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Outreach Coordinator to join our team and support our efforts in raising capital for our cutting-edge AI products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns to attract potential investors.
- Conduct research to identify prospective investors and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive investment pitches and presentations.
- Coordinate communication with potential investors, including follow-ups and updates.
- Assist in organizing and managing fundraising events and initiatives.
- Support the creation of investment materials, including pitch decks and investment memorandums.
- Track and report on the progress of outreach campaigns and investor engagement activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging in all investor communications.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in fundraising, investment banking, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of the AI industry and market trends is an advantage
