Valleysoft | Center of Excellence is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Consultant to join our team. As a Senior ECM Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing ECM projects, providing expert guidance and support in the design, implementation, and optimization of ECM solutions for our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in ECM, with extensive knowledge of industry best practices and proven expertise in implementing and managing ECM systems. They will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Lead ECM projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget and time constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and propose ECM solutions aligned with their needs.
- Design and implement ECM systems, including document and record management, workflow automation, and information governance.
- Integrate ECM systems with other enterprise applications and systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and governmental regulations related to document management and information security.
- Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting and resolving issues with ECM systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs for clients on the use and maintenance of ECM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in ECM technologies and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of ECM solutions.
- Present ECM recommendations and solutions to clients and key stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications can be advantageous.
- Several years of experience working with IBM FileNet Content Manager. Typically, 4-7 years of experience is expected.
- A Proficiency in FileNet Deployment Manager and FileNet customization using Java.
- Experience with ECM concepts, content management, document management, and workflow solutions.
- Knowledge of system integration and data migration techniques.
- Relevant certifications such as IBM Certified Administrator or IBM Certified Solution Architect can be beneficial.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of Datacap, BPM and Case Manager is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the FileNet environment. Ensure system stability and performance.
- Design and implement ECM solutions based on business requirements. Develop custom solutions and workflows within FileNet.
- Integrate FileNet with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Provide advanced support for issues related to FileNet applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful ECM implementations and enhancements.
- Ensure that ECM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect content.
- Train and mentor junior staff or end-users on ECM best practices and FileNet functionalities.
